Preliminary remark

(A)Signaturit S.L. offers SMASHDOCs customers an extension (the "Signaturit App") to be able to carry out a digital signature process for a document directly from SMASHDOCs.

(B)Disclaimer. Toppan Merrill

(1)has no influence on whether the Signaturit App is available at the time SMASHDOCs addresses it for e-signing;

(2)is only responsible for the data transfer to the Signaturit App, provided that an internet connection exists at the time of the start of the eSign process;

(3)is not responsible for the correct implementation of the eSign process on the side of Signaturit;

(C)The module "Electronic signature by Signaturit" is not included in the standard version of SMASHDOCs and can be booked as an option. In addition, an add-on for generating a PDF file that supports the Signaturit signing process is required.

7Automatic creating a version, as soon as eSign process starts

7.1The function is available, if the module "Versions" has been activated in the system.

7.2Edit version

(a)Edit the name of version

(i)By default: "Sent for e-signature"

7.3Download version as SDOX

8Signing dashboard in document

8.1Provide a tab "eSign" in the document once at least one placeholder is placed there
