Preliminary remark

(A)SmartDocuments is a document assembly solution and offers SMASHDOCs customers an extension (the "SmartDocuments App") to be able to create documents via an questionaire ("Interview")

(1)has no influence on whether the SmartDocuments App is available at the time SMASHDOCs addresses it for providing an Interview;

(2)is only responsible for the data transfer to the SmartDocuments App, provided that an internet connection exists at the time of the start of the creation process;

(3)is not responsible for the transfer of the assembled document from the SmartDocuments App back to SMASHDOCs;

(C)The module "SmartDocuments Interview" is not included in the standard version of SMASHDOCs and can be booked as an option.
