Preliminary remark

(A)Smartgroups System offers SMASHDOCs customers an extension (the "Smartgroups App") to be able to carry out project management and communication, as well as document management directly from SMASHDOCs.

(1)has no influence on whether the Smartgroups App is available at the time SMASHDOCs addresses it for working with documents;

(2)is only responsible for the data transfer to the Smartgroups App, provided that an internet connection exists at the time of the start of working with documents.

1.1Connect Smartgroups user account with SMASHDOCs user account
